Issued March 2013 to those who assisted or involved in service on the ships that sailed to North Russia in support of the Russian Allies.
All member os the Royal Navy or Merchant Navy, as well as member of the Army and the RAF and certain civilian units where granted this award if they served inside the Arctic Circle for any length of time.
